I got my treadmill put together last night. Ok ... the hubby put my treadmill together last night. I mostly watched and offered assistance where he needed it. So I really didn't do much of anything. LOL But it is up and running now. WOOHOO!
I walked for 45 minutes last night and did 1 mile. Then this morning I got up and walked another mile but I did it in 40 minutes this time. WOOHOO! LOL So far so good.
My goal is at least 15 minutes a day, 7 days a week. So far I am blowing that out of the water. But I am not going to force myself to keep up this faster pace. What ever I feel up for that day as long as I get at least 15 minutes in.
